「The staff was fantastic! Our room was not ready and we were surprisingly upgraded to an incredible suite! Everything about the room was amazing: the view, short walk to the rooftop bar, and the balcony!!! I cannot imagine a better room for a week in Traverse City. The only negative was it was surprisingly dirty. Considering the view, the windows really needed to be cleaned and the dust build up on the molding and carpet was disappointing. 「I loved the old fashioned decor and the place was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was really nice and there was flexibility within a time frame for when to be served. Just a heads up, there was a small sink in the room but the bathroom and shower was per floor and there was no TV if those are priorities for you. We didn't mind at all but others may find those two things a bit of a put off.」
