「Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

「We had a wonderful stay! So much was included in this booking. There are two kayaks to use as it is located right on a river. An outdoor grill. And all of the necessities were included as well like paper products, towels, both bath and beach, two coffee makers along with some items in the kitchen that were handy like salt and pepper, some spices oil, etc. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were very comfortable.
