"Our stay at this Lake Mills home was wonderful and relaxing! It provided exactly what was needed for a quiet getaway. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and it was easy to unwind each evening. The house was spotless, which was a relief – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The house felt instantly comfortable and like home. This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to melt away their worries and enjoy a tranquil escape!"

"The house needs renovations which the owners are going to do. We could not use the fireplace or the downstairs wood burning stove. Which made the basement unusable as it was so cold. The sliding doors are very drafty and there are no curtains so the dining table which is in front of the door is cold. The thermostat kept dropping to 62 and we had to go change it when we started feeling cold. I would suggest the house not be rented until renovations are done. The master bedroom does not have...

"The guest house is beautiful and well maintained. The bed didn't suit us and combined with squeaking floors (as in many older homes) kept us from having restful sleep, but otherwise well appointed. It was a fair distance from the Horicon Marsh natural area, and we prefer a closer place to stay."
