「Room was not clean and in disrepair. As soon as we walked in there was a strong smell of mildew. We asked to switch rooms but there were none available of the room type we booked so instead they gave us a can of air freshener. It didn’t really help. The curtains were filthy, the bathtub had a ring of dirt all along the front, the walls had spackle marks where they had repaired nail holes and never repainted. The tv didn’t display full screen - instead it was a small rectangle in the middle. And...

「Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.」
