"Great time at the property but had one small thing. I came down to wait for my Lyft ride, about 9:30am. Walking from the front desk to the entrance I went to sit at the tables to the left, along the windows. They were all dirty. Each one had some kind of food product smeared on it. Not a lot but enough to notice from a distance. I came to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm and the tables were still dirty. At approximately 6:00pm I went downstairs for another Lyft ride. "Very nice. I like the safety feature you have to use a room key for the elevator. Blinds in our room would not work so at night we had to clip the curtains together for privacy and also a very bright light from the street lamps. REALLY like that we can utilize the parking garage, also safety gate. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"The employees from the front desk to the restaurant/bar server to the Shuttle drivers were exceptional and so kind and cheerful. They even picked us up at the car rental shuttle office the night before so we could go back and drop off our car to then use the shuttle to the airport, which started as early as we needed, in our case, 3:30am for a 5:20am flight. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. "
