"Check in process was easy even when I booked 3 different rooms; one for my parents, one for my father in law, and one for us. They had hot chocolate which was a good change, but the hot water was not so hot, more like room temperature, but the staff did offer to get me some hot water, but I already mixed my chocolate powder in the water. The room was clean. The doors to the bathroom were pocket doors, but they would not stay open most of the time. We had to put something in front of them so they wouldn't shut on their own. Also, the bedroom door did not stay shut, but opened on its own unless we had something holding it open.The bathroom was clean and the shower had nice hot water. There were some tiles that seemed out of place on the corner by the shower; they didn't have the finished edge facing out, but that was minor. The pool was nice, small, but seemed to have too much chlorine. Also, the drains around the pool did not drain, but the water just puddled on top of the drains. Overall it was a good stay. The kids had fun, and it was in a good location. Thank you!"

"Wow, this hotel was perfect for my twin teenagers birthday stay. We had a two bedroom suite and enjoyed everything. The breakfast was awesome. The pool was clean and towels were plentiful. The room was impressive and stocked well. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Room was clean and need was comfortable. Breakfast was just eeh. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. I would just recommend ear plugs- it's very close to a main road and jerks on very loud motorcycles were racing up and down the streets all 3am. "
