"The room was very nice and amazingly comfortable. It is a new hotel and a couple of fixtures were not properly secured - the toilet paper holder would turn and drop the roll if you were not very careful. The main door handle and system also turned - this didn't cause any problems but just seemed unfinished. Staff was great - very helpful. "

"The place looks nice, but the arrival is terrible — the road has no lighting and is poorly maintained, although the staff is friendly. When I went to rest, I found hair on the bed and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, along with another one crawling on the walls. They moved me to another room that was apparently meant for workers, but it had mold and cobwebs behind the bed, as shown in the photos. They hang bananas in the kitchen to attract birds, but all they bring are flies. The path to the waterfall is terrible — there are absolutely no safety measures. I only stayed two of the three nights I had booked. I preferred to leave that place."
