"There several key issues that having been aware of these I would not have booked this property. For clarity, I stayed in economy no. 2. Firstly, it was not straightforward to get the code to access the property. Having called the number as requested I was told to message, having already done so that morning without receiving a response. Several messages later I was able to get access to the room. "The resort is in a very quiet area. They could have a small shop for essentials. There was a pool bar but unfortunately it was closed. The cleaners were hit and miss not their fault, but meant we had no cleaning and the bin not emptied. There was no facility to empty the bin ourselves. The rooms were dated and could do with some sprucing up. No information on what was around. Handy for the beach."

"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

"The owner/manager was wonderful. The room and common area was very nice. There was only one thing about the room that was uncomfortable. I did forget to mention this to the manager, or it most probably would have been taken care of immediately. There was a blue light under the wall mounted TV in the bedroom that was really bright and stayed on constantly. We taped a cover over it, but seems like it could be painted black and problem would be solved."

"Great hotel and SUPER staff. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location - 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. To be honest, it’s starting to show some wear and tear - carpets, walls, bathrooms etc. Still nice, but a bit of a facelift might make sense before it gets too far gone. "
