The Victorian themed nature collections of leaves, shells, butterflies, etc. that decorated the lobby, elevator, and halls were fascinating and added to the ambience of a step back in time. Dinner cuisine at the Larks Kitchen was beautifully prepared and served.」

「Staff was very personable! Cherri went over and beyond to assist me a few times during our stay. She has great energy and professional. I thought continental breakfast ended at 10am. Jack prepared a dish of scrambled eggs for me at 10am, even though they closed. I was so impressed he went out of his way to do that! And before I departed, he filled my cooler with ice. The beds are very comfortable. A cozy stay! I will return! Thank you.」

「To all the people that complain: I don't know what the deal is. These are cabins, not a swanky downtown hotel. I really enjoyed my short stay, just passing through town. It was very quiet, I got a good night's sleep, WiFi worked great, and the property manager was super nice and helpful.」

「Great location with easy access to downtown Ashland. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go and enjoyed the neighborhood shops. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were what we wanted. 」

「We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. 」

「I absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. I wasn’t expecting to have such a peaceful place to stay the pictures don’t even do it justice. I would definitely Want to stay there again when I come to visit family. 」
