「Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!」

「I would not recommend staying here!! When we checked in, the cabin smelled strongly of dust. There were cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs throughout the cabin, and when I opened the oven door, the entire front panel fell off onto my foot. It was also covered in a sticky residue. I went to the front desk and asked to switch cabins. The employee didn't apologize or seem concerned she handed me keys to another cabin. 「The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. 「The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....」
