「It was good and the staffs are friendly 」

「This property said they do not work with Expedia yet Expedia had taken money from me already. When I tried to follow up, no one is helping me including expedia. Both are big let downs. Do not pay with expedia when going to this hotel the reception will tell you they do not deal with any 3rd party and will charge you again. No one will help you, you will be on your own 」

「The Hotel did not have any information about my booking. I had to run around and find another hotel」

「It was horrible! I stayed in the so-called Presidential suit but it wasn’t even fit for a donkey stable. Ok his hotel shouldn’t be on hotels.com」

「Was just there, nothing exceptional. The bathroom and shower was a mess.」

「Everything was splendid! In fact I think it’s under priced. They took their time to get everything single thing right. I hardly go to a hotel anywhere in the world and. It have a complaint. At Marshall I hade NONE! I’ll definitely make it my permanent stay whenever I’m in Kano. Kudos to the staff and management. And oh, their Chef is 100%! Don’t miss his meals for anything!」

「I was very disappointed . My booking was guaranteed through a mail I received l. But on reaching there I was rejected by The hotel I booked as they told me that their hotel is fully booked and they cannot help me out. It was about 11:20 before midnight we were stranded and very tired. I tried to get in touch with my agent and they could not help me either. It was a terrible experience and we are really disappointed with the service from both parties.」
