「Clean rooms helpful staff great breakfast!」

「The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. 「This Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. They even had breakfast with our stay including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffle maker, plus more. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. 「Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.」

「It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.」
