「Clean rooms and great location」

「All the staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was superb! Room was very clean bed very comfortable. Hotel was safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Charleston SC.」

「We arrived at 3:30 for check-in and were advised they were very busy from prior day and no rooms were available and they would call us when our room was ready. It was after 6:00PM and I approached check-in desk to ask if we were being walked or did they have room for us.....Only then did they produce a room key. There was no call back or follow up. Unfortunately there was also large teen group from a dance competition staying in the hotel so there were many noise issues late night into the early...
