「Hotel Golden is in a great location, and the shared rooms have a very nice interior. However, there's one issue: at night, there's a gathering of Rajasthani boys outside the hotel, right below it, which is very inappropriate. They use very loud and abusive language, which is very disturbing for couples and families. Another negative point is that some of the hotel staff members, about one or two boys, seemed suspicious. 「When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you 」

「Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. 」

「Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. 」
