「At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful 」

It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. The oatmeal needs to be cooked better also. And the coffee wasn't hot on a regular basis. 「Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.」
