「Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel. 「Everything very was clean, the pillows were decent, the reception was efficient and friendly, bed was so hard I think the carpeted floor would have been softer, there was some minimal noise from Hwy 61, but not too much, breakfast looked good waffle options and a good amount of fresh fruit, the curtains did not cover the windows enough to fully block out the very bright lights outside the hotel. 「We stayed in the Egg Suite and it was so quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast is good but if you have food allergies you may want to plan for something else. The staff was excellent and we loved the town.」
