"Good"

"Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The cheesecake factory is attached to the hotel which made it very convenient. My only complaint is that every time I needed to go down to the front desk there was always a line. Sometimes only one attendant at the desk, very frustrating."

"My shower head was leaking. I told the gentleman at the front desk who happened to be a very friendly, nice person. When I came back a few hours later.. not only was the shower fixed but my whole room was fixed up so nicely!!"

"The hotel was not attractive. The room looks old and it is not updated with nice comforter. Some noise in the night was annoying ( maybe the air conditioner from next room) The Breakfast was good. It was a small buffet, no variations during the days but at least it had proteins like scrambled or hard boiled eggs, roasted potatoes, chesses, cereals, bread, donuts, pancakes, etc."
