"Homeless people hanging out at the Sheetz which is in the same parking lot as the hotel and also people in the gas station blasting music at 4am. Hotel was fine, no issues, decent breakfast, nice staff. "

"Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!"

"The property was very unique with the Rock theme. The lobby was very pleasant to hang out in. I especially liked the fireplace and the pool and shuffleboard tables. The outside are was wonderful too."

"Property is close to Hwy but far enough away to feel safe. Travelling to Ontario from Myrtle. Nice half way stopover. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Had a quiet, restful sleep. Onsite restaurant serving pub fare was appreciated since we did not want to get back in car. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel to the highway. We were originally scheduled in an Air BNB downtown Jim Thorpe but due to a snafu somewhere along the lines our stay was cancelled and we were grateful this hotel had a room for us on race weekend. The breakfast was good but staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. "

"Hotel was extremely clean, great staff, restaurant was great and had a lovely buffet for Sunday breakfast. The breakfast was an extra cost but totally worth the money. Only 10 minutes to the Turkeyhill Experience and about 20 mins to the outlet stores. It’s also located right next door to the Dutch Apple Theatre. Many choices of restaurants in the area. Very easy to get to from major highways. Would highly recommend!!!"

"The room was clean, large and comfortable. Fairly priced. Only hotel room the i have ever stayed in where the bathroom did not have a single towel rach to hand a towel to dry. A hook on the back of the door is inadequate. Also, the TV should have a sleep timer. "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. The only issue is that the walls and doors are "thin" in the sense they don't provide adequate sound insulation. I had two rooms during my stay and they both could have used better sound insulation. Not a show-stopper but not five-star either. "
