"We loved every aspect of this stay! The room was great; clean and everything in working order. The staff was upbeat and very personable. The facilities were very accommodating. The only negative we had was the locker rooms/bathrooms in the pool area. We were traveling with a 1yo and 9yo. It was really challenging to not have a place to sit, facilities to change the baby, or place our dry clothes. While a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of our travel, it was challenging as we were checked...

"We like the proximity to park and fly. We didn’t like that we got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes. We were happy that we were allowed to check before 2 pm without an extra charge."

"We asked if we could sit in the common area by the fireplace. Staff said, "We don't turn on the fireplace THIS LATE IN THE SEASON." I said, "It was on last night." They said, "Okay, we can turn it on for you." It was a cold and windy April day. I felt like it was a great imposition so we stayed in our rooms. Also, they seemed reluctant to give out coffee pods for our rooms since there was no coffee in the lobby. Most motels have coffee available in the lobby at all hours of the day. ...

"I absolutely love this hotel! This was my 2nd stay here. Check in was great - and sorry I can't recall her name - she told me about free street parking over the weekend. And even noticed a spot right across the street and had me grab it!!"

"Beds were very comfortable and staff was great! Pool needs to be heated tho and jets in the whirlpool do not work so it’s basically like sitting in a bath. Parking is not ideal and you have to pay for it! Despite it being their own ramp. Also weird that it’s apartments as well."

"We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was spacious. There was also a good sized living area and kitchen with an island. The pull-out sofa was not comfortable, but I don't think they usually are. The mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was good; eggs with either sausage or bacon on different days, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee and juice. Plenty of parking and close to the entrance door."
