「Always very friendly staff.」

「Newly remodeled room which was VERY CLEAN! Pet bed & stainless-steel food dish were provided. Fully stocked bar along with an expansive restaurant menu. Breakfast is waitress service with many menu choices. Staff was friendly and very anxious to make your stay one of the best you've ever encountered.」

「The breakfast bar was excellent. But we were not told the WiFi password, it was seen at the breakfast buffet but we were leaving right after that. The key cards that we were given were demagnetized right after we got in our room. Also we had to go through an entrance that was constantly being used by smokers.」

「Clean rooms」

「Perfect location in the midst of Tanglewood Park. An arboretum is just outside the front door. The property is appropriately decorated in an early 20th century style and was immaculate. The room has older fixtures befitting the age of the property. Water pressure could be better and some necessities were initially in short supply but the management addressed this issue.」
