「When we arrived they gave a room on the 2nd floor with was under construction and floor was dust and dirty.We went back to the floor desk and told her we will on that floor and to give us another room.She gave us another room on the 3rd room.The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and I had to hold the door to keep it closed.The shower water didn’t have any water pressure and the coffee maker didn’t work.We was very disappointed with our stay.We will...

「When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. 「Great spot in Parkersburg right downtown close to local family owned restaurants. Would highly recommend.」

「Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe.」
