"A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options."

"well I didn t stay there long one day in a half, because my daugther got her bag stolen in rome (bus depot) and I had to cut short my stay in Cupra ,the time to go back in rome to get her a new passport, however the time I spent there was very nice and the staff was very friendly and the driver of the shuttle bus was very friendly also."

Hotel restaurant needs greater supervision from staff (needs a managerial presence, Maitre) to ensure certain standards of dress code and behaviour are maintained and respected (and I don't mean that I want a formal restaurant) -- the behaviour of certain families and their children made you feel as if you were eating at a big children's party and/or holiday camp. "The rooms are very spacious for european standard. The staff was very nice and waited late for us to arrive. The biggest issue we had was noise and wifi. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallway to the people outside and movements from all around. There is no wifi in the rooms themselves only in the lobby. It was a good value if you like noise and dont care for wifi."
