Great Oak Landing 3 Stars Hotels

"The room was clean and smelled nice, but there were rips in the couch and ottoman and part of the ceiling was coming apart. The worst part is how thin the ceiling/floors are. All night kids were running up and down the halls and another room had 2 or 3 dogs that they had left alone barking for hours during the day. In addition, a family of 4 got up early at 7 am and you could hear their whole convo and their morning singing routine. Did not get much sleep at this hotel. "

"The room that me and my family stayed in was “ PERFECT”! I even left a “ Thank you” note and a tip. The pool area was ok. I do Have one complaint. The receptionist at the front desk, Asian women was very NONCHALANT, SNOBBY and ARROGANT! As we know that the rooms there are not cheap, so I would have loved to experience professionalism from the receptionist when checking in. Therefore, I WILL NOT be coming back to that hotel again!"

"There was a slight musty carpet smell in the room covered by cleaning products. Whenever I tried to brew coffee in the room the power shorted out. The staff was extremely quick in sending maintenance both times. They offered coffee from the lobby. The second time the short happened, the maintenance man replaced the coffee maker. I understand issues can happen and they addressed it with a quickness, so it didn't sour my stay. The freshness of the breakfast buffet was better than I expected. I paid less than other hotels in the area which mattered most to me on this trip, so overall I'm satisfied and would stay here again."
