「The front desk staff was nolt welcoming when we arrived. The room had a strong musty smell, and unfortunately, the bathroom had a very strong urine smell. The person who served us at breakfast was not friendly or welcoming which made the experience less enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, but there are a few areas that need improvement to provide a better guest experience. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 out of 5 starts. 「Wonderful time. Clean room and family friendly」

「The Legacy Inn is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Soft fluffy towels in the huge bathroom. (We were in the Eden Suite). Fresh crisp bedding and comfortable beds. It’s in a beautiful setting but within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely would recommend this Inn.」

「Our time at Massanutten Sumit Resort was great, thought there were a few issues that need to be addressed. First of all our condo door (condo 128L)stuck ever time we opened it. You had to give it an extra shove. It took a while for the hot water to get hot. In the write up there was a mentioning of a dvd player in the condo, there was no dvd player in our condo. And we had to put water in the washer to get it to wash. Overall, like I said we made the best of things and we had a great time....
