"Check-in after hours was so convenient, the condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were so close to restaurants, shopping and the venue we were at all weekend. "Brand new condo, very modern, in a quiet location. It looks exactly like the photos. Generally it was very clean although the floor had not been cleaned, consequently very dirty feet! I think because it was so new some basics had been overlooked such as an iron and ironing board, balcony furniture and glasses. The only glasses were plastic beakers. The only other downside for me was the polyester sheets and thick comforter. "

"The staff was amazing. Our tv stopped working and they did all they could do so they brought another tv and then it got fixed later. The woman that worked the evening shift remembered our name and said hi with our name. That is something we do mot experience in any hotel. Very warm homey feel. Great staff. The gal for breakfast excellent employee."
