「Staff was helpful and friendly, booked a room that was supposed to accommodate 5; 2 adults and 3 kids and there were only two double beds in room. Thankfully there was a rollaway he brought us but since it was a suites I assumed there would be a couch; I was wrong.」

「Elevator was out of service. The laundry was not working. We had to lug our suitcase up the stairs. And had planned to do some wash because we never expected to have to carry enough clothes to last the whole trip. We checked out early to cut our trip short. Very disappointing」

「The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the local area and had good suggestions on where to eat. I love the fact that the room had a full kitchenette - full refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner cooktop and sink with a coffee maker. They even provided a small dish soap and towels for the kitchenette area. The queen beds were comfortable - one had a softer mattress the other was firmer, which I liked. The desk was a very good sized and wheeled, so you could move it out for...

「This was my first time staying and so glad I did. The manager and everyone working there were so incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone had a smile and you could tell loved working there. The place itself is cozy, quiet, clean, and the food through the restaurant attached delicious. You must try the cheesecake!!! This place is a gem and would highly recommend staying here.」
