「This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke...

「The bungalow is one of our favorite hotels. We have a wonderful experience every single time. Staff is so personable and attentive. Lynn at the front desk is excellent! The hotel has a great location. The rooms are so nice, clean and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom and couldn’t be happier. Best bathtub ever.」
