「We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!」

「All around great hotel, not to mention a great value! My favorite was the 5ft swimming pool and hot tub, Very good "free breakfast", plus everything was spotless. You can't do better than this hotel, highly recommended.Staff was helpful and friendly! GREAT EXPERIENCE!」

「Enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk staff at check in and throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We were surprised with a room upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected with a variety of choices available. Hotel was clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. 」

「The hotel was exceptionally clean. The check-in staff was friendly. The pool was stocked with fresh towels. Our room was thoughtfully appointed with plentiful plug outlets, lighting and blackout drapes. The layout and design of the room made sense. And it was in pristine condition. If I did not know differently I might guess that we were the first guests to occupy the room. Great overall experience. Highly recommend! 」

「Pretty hotel on the gorgeous grounds of the Biltmore Estate. Guests get full access to the grounds (not including the interior tour of the estate which is extra). Nice walking and biking paths and convenient dining choices in the hotel and nearby in the Biltmore Village. A++ all around@」

「Everything was clean and spacious. Room had a small fridge and coffee maker, although there was a coffee bar (free) set up in the lobby every morning. Quiet. Walking distance to a number of eateries and other business establishments in the area, including a movie theater. Great little restaurant attached to the hotel - Fork Lore. Free parking. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Unfortunately our room was by the elevator and the outdoor fire pit area right outside our room. SO NOISY. Other than bat it was a great stay as usual. 」
