"No breakfast options. Room was not clesned in 2days. Staff at front desk is busy doing personal stuff which i understand because it's a boring job."

"After 17 hours of driving, they didn't have the double I reserved so they put us in a king suite. Get to the elevator. It's out of service. Truck luggage up 3 floors in the hottest freaking place on earth (literally it had to be 90 in that hotel). Get in the room, big stain on the floor. Start pulling the sleeper sofa out. Literally dirty. So 24 yr old kid slept in a bed with her mom it was so gross. This is midnight. At 5 am, some jerk starts blasting music in the back parking lot. So 5 hours of sleep in a dirty hotel. Not impressed. Checked out and got questioned about why I switched rooms. Then said my card was declined, but it wasn't. Was told they switched computer systems and were having issues. Not a good experience."

"Everything was pretty good. The amenities and rooms were great, it was just that there were many rowdy families next door that had kids running around knocking on my door at late hours in the night. Maybe the type of people that stay here don't care about that, but it was pretty classless to be that loud and disruptive with other people trying to enjoy their quiet weekends. Also, the guys who assisted me at the front desk were incredibly helpful and helped get my key straightened out. I really appreciated it. The women I spoke to, unfortunately, had some attitude and were not as friendly or helpful. Oh well, you win some you lose some."

"Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!"

"Really enjoyed the stuff super nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. Only negative was that the air conditioner was extremely loud other than that. It was a great day. Thank you very much."
