"The staff was great. The building itself needs major help. First room had mold, kindly switched us to another room....smelled of sewer! Third room, ceiling was peeling and the a/c blew ceiling dust over everything. The bed, dresser, everywhere. "

"Room was clean but had an odor to it. Hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. Several light bulbs were out in the lights. No plugs available to charge phone- need to bring one. "

"There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I waited half an hour just to check in after 10 Hour drive. The room didn’t have soap or shower gel. I have stayed at the other Hyatt by the airport, and it doesn’t compare. That one is top notch."

"The night staff was very friendly and helpful. It was sometimes hard to find staff to help though and people would wait during lunch breaks. The room was recently renovated and clean. It had most of the necessities, I just had to ask for a blanket but was not able to get a hair dryer. The location was on a very busy road, but the sound wasn't bad and we were fairly close to town. The towels were very small and thin, but it had almost everything I needed at a great price. It was nice to have the microwave and fridge too. I would stay there again in the future. "
