"Sebastian,FL is fresh and clean, more low-key compared to other coastal towns in Florida. And Island View Cottages is an absolute gem. Renee and Carmen were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were spic and span and the grounds were priceless. Grateful we found his property."

"Hotel room was quiet and clean. we were surprised that there was a dishwasher and our name was displayed on the tv as a welcome. Guest services texted me a little after we checked in making sure we didn’t need anything. Breakfast was delicious coffee was amazing!! "

"Cleanliness: The property was well maintained and the lobby looked great. Our room was also pristine. The only place dirty was the elevator. Someone had spilled water or their ice bag was dripping and it left a ton of water and dirt on the floor. Two staff members mentioned it and walked over it without doing anything. About 30 minutes later it was mopped up. So no biggie. The lady checking us in was very personable and made checking in fun. She told us where everything was and even showed us...

"This is a dated but very nice property with friendly and helpful staff. A good location and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay but the hot tub was broken with no fix in site. Likewise it is next to a dog park which was nice for the dog owners except for all the feces left on the beach. "

"Thought while the valet was good, quick and easy the price was high Our bathroom in room 730 the toilet ran and it had hot water in it and made bathroom a steam room if the door was closed we did tell the front desk about toilet and I believe she contacted maintenance "
