「It was clean and quite」

「Loved the historic building and setting. Room was charming but there were unexpected stairs to access our room as well as breakfast. No fridge in room and ice was on a different floor. Romantic, charming setting but would ask for no steps next visit.」

「There were stains in the sheets and the tub wouldn’t drain. When moved to another room had the same problems.」

「This place was a dump. It looked like a homeless shelter. Took 20 minutes to check in because the untrained desk attendant had to wait on the manager because he got locked out of the computer and could not login, who was working on the pool which was closed for renovations. This hotel needs to be closed down for renovation. Laundry room was shut down. Parking lots looked like a junk yard. Had to have my keycards reprogrammed 3 times because they wouldn’t open the door. Breakfast was a joke, ...

「Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation」
