「Terrible experience – hygiene and safety issues The rooms and amenities are in very poor condition. The breakfast area was dirty, the hot food looked unappetizing, and the utensils provided were visibly rusted. Inside our room, the key latch didn't function and the light bulb kept flickering on and off. 「Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left 」

「Great hotel in a quaint neighborhood! Room and property were clean and staff provided great service, including a glass of champagne at check-in! This was also the perfect location to see the fireworks. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Monroe!」
