「Staff was friendly, although the young employer at check-in seemed a little lost overall, but he was pleasant. The pool was warm enough for me to happily join my kiddo no fewer than 3 times during our stay. Breakfast was varied and just what we needed. While I dont expect to return to Moses Lake soon, I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were fine, and sheets smelled predictably of bleach, which was the only downside - I'm sensitive to it at times.」

「terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.」
