"Our stay was atrocious. The bed was slightly misaligned with the box spring. The shower got me drenched with water, i can go on and on. LOL I'm just kidding. Our stay was FANTASTIC!!!!! Don't listen to these other reviews left by karens and kevins. The Spark was great, Sophie was so helpful during our check in, my dad needed a toothbrush because he forgot his and she had one on deck (it was packaged and sealed don't worry karens). The beds were super comfortable; the room was clean and extremely spacious. Shower was on point. I WOULD ABSOLUTLEY stay here again. Well done Spark and staff. You earned a customer for life."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! I would like to recommend a seating area to the side of the front door with a couple ashtrays & chairs. As it is now; it smells when you walk in the front door, it is loitered with a lot of cigarette butts & the smokers have to sit on the ground to try to enjoy their cigarette. That to me does not seem fair for smokers to look like scum bags. It also does nothing for first impressions when people are checking in. That would be my only complaint. We had a wonderful stay & would definately stay again. Colleen Holm "
