"The place was beautiful and clean with awesome location and pool. I DID NOT like how much parking was per night, I cant believe they can charge that much for guest that already pay alot per night, and restaurant service was poor. We sat waiting for service for a while and ended up just walking down to IHOP, we werent the only guest that ended up walking out. But over all i would return as long as i didnt have a vehicle."

"Great property with fantastic service and staff. Not a fan of the area immediately behind the hotel, but not a concern as on the weekend, police are present in the lobby. "

"Well, the hotel itself was a bit dated, and it could use an upgrade, the staff was great. Mitchell at the front desk was the bomb. He actually upgraded our room so that we had a wonderful view of the river/Lake and Austin. Also, the folks that worked the bar and restaurant were great! I would stay there again. "

"the only item causing me to flag this hotel not as excellent is that during rush hour, due to folks trying to get on I-35 South, exiting the hotel parking lots can sometimes be a bit frustrating if folks won't let you in."

"The room was extremely comfortable. Great big couch with 3 puffy pillows complete with a small side table. Bed was VERY comfortable and had amazing sheets and blanket. Bathroom was spacious, water pressure and temperature was great. Towels were also above average and there were hooks in the main area of the room to hang and dry them. I would definitely stay here again!"
