「The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very convenient to get around and explore the island. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality throughout my stay. However, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. While they were professional, the level of warmth and hospitality was lacking, which affected the overall experience. With friendlier customer service, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.」

「The bed was the worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. The pillow was hard! hard! hard! The blanket was not soft nor warm. I had to take pillow from the second bed to cover and I keep the AC on 23... it wasn't cold temp. At breakfast there were very few people as I got there around 8am, and I was told all they had ONLY regular bread with the meal - pumpkin bread was finished. And no other options for a Trinidad Breakfast. The rest of the meal was OK. I would never stay there for another night....

「I love everything about this property everyone was very helpful and kind very respectful and helpful with everything I needed I love tht the pool had no restrictions my unit 2 was clean and spacious we also had complementary coffee, tea and bottle Waters」
