「Veldig koselig hotell! Rent, pent og stille. Så fint med mat inkludert på kvelden. God atmosfære på hotellet. Fantastisk seng! God frokost. Litt skuffet over norskkunnskapene til personalet i restauranten. Jeg snakker flere språk- ikke noe problem, men synes det er hyggelig å kunne snakke norsk når jeg er på et hotell i Norge. Men sånn er det. Dette la imidlertid ikke noen demper på hotellopplevelsen! 」

「This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will...

「Room was very neat and clean, staff were very lovely and attentive. Breakfast was free and it was fresh and delightful. It's a pet-friendly hotel, as I saw a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever.」

「The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. 」
