「El personal de recepción nos ha ayudado mucho durante nuestra estancia, dándonos consejos muy útiles para poder disfrutar de la ciudad. Además tienen café de cortesía en el lobby que siempre es un gran detalle. La ubicación es excelente. Muy recomendable!」

「Camera pulita, arredata in stile tipico. Ho apprezzato i biscottini che ho trovato in camera. La posizione è perfetta visto che è centrale e vicina alle principali attrazioni e fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Il personale è stato gentile e accogliente. Mi ha anche fornito informazioni utili per il mio soggiorno a Granada.」

「The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.」

「La estancia fue, en general, correcta, aunque con algunos aspectos mejorables. Para dormir, los colchones eran cómodos, pero las almohadas no resultaron tan confortables. El hotel ocupa un edificio antiguo que solo está renovado parcialmente. La habitación familiar en la que nos alojamos, para cuatro personas, era amplia, con camas de buen tamaño y espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. Sin embargo, el cuarto de baño estaba muy anticuado y conservaba una bañera. El aire acondicionado enfriaba...

「Everything was good except that the a/c cannot be controlled and it was noisy.」

「Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.」
