「Beautiful lake front venue the staff was amazing rooms where great too breakfast could have been a little better but for a hotel breakfast that is included in the stay you cant really complain. Overall an amazing experience.」

「Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. I mentioned to one that the milk was empty in the decanter after getting some cereal. She acknowledged me...
