"Breakfast was good, typical South Indian with some variation from day to day. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic and we were able to use it as a base, returning to the room several times each day between exploring the town and the beach. Complaints would be noise and service - our room had some machinery outside the window which made a constant loud noise through the night - possibly an air con outlet. "I love the staff and their service is amazing"

"There was no kitchen/restaurant at the hotel. They wouldn't provide towels or fresh sheets or even water. They didn't even have any soap/shampoo/creams (basics) in the bathrooms. They had some snacks. The pool was okay. Too basic."

"We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing."
