「Clean room, breakfast was okay」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies working the front desk. Our room could have been cleaned better. We found a pair of prescription glasses in the corner on the floor, and a disposable coffee cup sleeve in the corner where the lounge chair was located. There was also a lot of dust under the rolling desk area. The walls in the shower need to be replaced due to water damage. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and stocked with pool towels. The bathroom in the pool...

「This is a trendy hotel located in the heart of downtown. The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Note, there is no onsite parking so you need to use valet or self park in a garage just a short distance away.」

「Rooms are not quiet and if you have loud neighbors on the sides or across the hall, you will hear everything. The doors are not sealed well enough and slam easily if not held to close. Sound insulation is non-existent. If you don’t mind that noise and you can sleep with it, the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. The location is good right off the freeway. The toilet handle, light switch cover and desk light were all broken or cracked. I would stay here again but ask for an end room...
