「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「Stay was excellent, room was clean and the lobby area is really nice to sit in since there's a pool and a small waterfall-like arrangement. The staff were also very helpful, by mistake I had left a personal item in my room which the staff were kind enough to mail back to me. 」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」
