「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. 「the hotel is 15 min far from the city centre, but that didn't stop us from getting around. there is a restaurant just across the hotel and it is great. we arrived early and they were flexible to get us the room hours before our check-in. there are plenty of shops within 10 10-minute walk, we enjoyed exploring the area and taking the buses to get into the city centre without any problem. 」

「The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a few issues getting tickets from the theatre and a lovely lady named Michelle at the front desk helped me with Ticketmaster trying to get my account settled the property is clean.
