「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「We're still waiting to get credited for the room. We never stayed in. You put us in the first room with broken air-conditioning, so you moved us to the second room, that had a broken lock on the door, phone that did not work, Tv that did not work. And we were only in that room five minutes. We left went down to the desk, told the young lady we were leaving. She said she would note to give us a refund. We contacted Expedia to get a refund.
