"This VRBO-makeover is nicely appointed, spacious (sleeps 6 or more!) and conveniently located near the middle of town. Don't plan on using the "carport" unless you're driving a pickup truck or SUV. Access to carport is via a one-lane asphalt alley that has a steep dropoff. Alternative: park on the shoulder of Hwy 168 and schlep your bags up 15 stairs. "

"4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home across street from Bass Lake. Not too far from South Yosemite entrance. Beautiful lake view. "

"Beautiful get away in nature! We absolutely lived the cabin and the grounds. There is a catch snd release fishing pond on the property! We kayaked, used the paddle boat and fished so much of the day. We cooked at the cabin. The kids loved the bunk beds snd the adults had their own private bedrooms. We truly needed this family get away and could not have asked for a more perfect place. We did not want to leave. The owner was so gracious too. We will be back!"

"It was mostly a comfortable experience except the air conditioner in the master bedroom was shaky and making a lot of noise. The backyard is not maintained, looks nothing like the picture. The rooms are clean, everything works as expected (except the A/C mentioned above). Overall it was a good stay, I'd recommend it if you want to have a weekend getaway from big cities. "

" The house was very nice and cozy but hard to find with GPS. The parking was confusing. The stairs to the entrance was a climb. We had someone with a recent foot surgery with us and it made it hard for them to climb.them."
