「I really appreciated how clean and quiet it is while still being affordable. The staff were very helpful and I stay there whenever I’m visiting my parents 🌻」

I didn’t appreciate the receptionist laughing at me when I was checking in because I didn’t have a credit card - I paid for the room in advance so was not told on Expedia that I needed a credit card. The receptionist laughed at me. I am on a pension and am disabled so don’t use a credit card to keep my finances from going out of control. Being laughed at was humiliating and ruined my weekend.」

「Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit.」

「The hotel claimed they had no booking that I made via Expedia. So I was left with no alternative but to stay in vehicle the night before a 100 mile race. Definitely NOT ideal. Who to believe? Beyond disappointed! Definitely would always try and go directly to hotel to book.」
