I am grateful they did have a room available. Property was clean and well maintained. That was the only issue I had.」

Our room was not clean (understatement), with hair on the bedspread, food remnants on the floor, and urine w toilet paper still in the toilet. We immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. While the front desk person tried to appease by offering another room, to clean the one we were given, etc., we were insistent that we were not staying. The desk clerk said we would have to go...
