"We had a pleasant stay at the Maryland Inn. It was a beautiful room and nicely appointed. The staff service was very good.My only disappointment was the towels were in need of upgrade ( old and worn), pillows were too firm (foam). Otherwise it was a very experience. "

"I love this hotel and plan to use it every month when I travel to the Washington Metropolitan area. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large, and the staff extremely pleasant and professional. Haven't tried breakfast yet, but based on first impressions I believe it will be good. Lots of parking and easy to get around because it is right off the Capital beltway. Its in a clean safe neighborhood that is also convenient to shopping centers and a large selection of restaurants."

"We didn't have a hair dryer in the room and when I called the front desk, no one ever picked up. Also the parking charge in an open-air parking lot, in a setting that was nowhere near urban was disappointing. Overall the room was clean and quiet and it was great."

"The room was very nice all around. Knowing that the hotel was in renovation mode. My only concern is that the bathtub became very slippery after the first person used it. May I suggest a rubber mat on the tub's floor, or an extra bar on the outside tub for a much safer entry. Thank you!"
