"This was our second time staying here at Hyatt House Davis. This is the place where we stay when visiting Davis. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. On the first trip our stove did not work. The hotel sent maintenance and the fixed the stove right away. On this current trip, our refrigerator was not cooling. Again, the hotel sent maintenance. This time however, the refrigerator was still not working very well. It was cooling, but not really keeping our water and sodas cold. The other amenities such as the pool and complimentary breakfast were fine."

"Hotel location is an easy walk to old town Sacramento. The staff in the hotel restaurant/bar were friendly and nice. We had the best time sitting there talking to them. The people at the front desk were also helpful and friendly. One thing missing from the rooms was that there was no type of table or desk to sit at and no USB outlets where we could charge our phones."

"This motel was a nice new spot whose location was a little bit tricky to find at first. It was very modern and clean and set back a bit from the road. There was a nice pool and landscaped relaxation area out back, though we did not have time to take advantage of it. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast with coffee, yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal and bread was available at 6 am. We were greeted remotely on a monitor at checkout time, and we dropped our key cards into a box. I understood that we would get 24 hour support by phone, but we did not need it. Recommended."

"The staff were friendly and room reserved was ready on time. The rooms look like they have been refreshed fairly recent long based on blankets and laminate wood style flooring. The bed though was hard and the pillows were small and quite flat. The bathroom, while basic cleaned needed a good cleaning. Tub drain filled with hair, looked like outside of toilet was wiped down, but with a bit of a dirty towel and stains around the mirror frame and faucet that with a little scrubbing came off. Yes I tried. I gave three stars as it did include a small breakfast and was under $100 including tax. This is definitely a place that you get what you pay for."
