"The residence inn Tyler is a great property. The hotel is quiet and clean, the staff is always super friendly especially the breakfast staff. Theyre always willing to make your breakfast complete. They were out of oatmeal but offered to make my toddler her own special bowl. How sweet! We will definitely stay when we are in town"

"The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."
